General Function:

The Visual Content Producer is responsible for creating high-quality visual content that supports Audio-Technica’s marketing, communications, product, and corporate objectives. This role oversees all aspects of video and photography production, including concept support, scripting support, shooting, editing, motion graphics, animation, post-production, formatting, asset management, and final delivery across multiple digital and traditional channels.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Marketing and Communications, this position partners closely with the Design Manager to ensure all visual content aligns with established brand standards and visual identity guidelines. The role also collaborates with the Content Lead to develop creative concepts, wireframes, storyboards, scripts, and production plans that effectively communicate key messages and business objectives.

Candidates will be required to share content portfolio.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Video Production

  • Plan, shoot, edit, and deliver professional-quality video content to support marketing and communications go to market and brand visibility strategies across all relevant media.
  • Collaborate with the Content Lead to create video concepts, wireframes, storyboards, scripts, and production schedules.
  • Under supervision of the Content Lead, manage all aspects of video production, including lighting, audio capture, camera operation, set preparation, and direction of on-camera talent.
  • Produce content optimized for multiple platforms and aspect ratios, including, YouTube (short-form and standard), LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, digital advertising, presentations, and internal communication channels.
  • Capture and edit interviews, testimonials, product demonstrations, how-to, lifestyle content, corporate messaging, educational content, and event coverage.
  • Organize and maintain video assets, project files, archives, and media libraries.

Post-Production & Motion Graphics

  • Edit raw footage into polished, engaging final videos that align with brand standards and communication objectives.
  • Develop and integrate motion graphics, animations, visual effects, lower thirds, title sequences, transitions, and branded graphic elements.
  • Add music, sound design, voiceover synchronization, captions, and color correction/grading.
  • Format and render content for a variety of distribution channels and technical requirements.
  • Stay informed on emerging video production techniques, technologies, and creative trends.

Photography

  • With direction from and collaboration with the Design Manager, plan, stage, and execute professional photography sessions for products, facilities, and corporate initiatives.
  • Perform image editing, retouching, color correction, and optimization for print and digital applications.
  • Maintain and organize photography assets and image libraries.

Brand Compliance & Creative Collaboration

  • Partner with the Design Manager to ensure all visual content adheres to corporate brand standards, visual identity guidelines, and creative best practices.
  • Collaborate with marketing, communications, product management, sales, HR, and executive leadership to develop compelling visual storytelling.
  • Contribute creative ideas and recommendations to improve content effectiveness and audience engagement.
  • Ensure consistency of visual storytelling across all channels and content formats.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of camera systems, lighting techniques, audio recording, and production equipment.
  • Experience creating content for digital marketing, social media, websites, and corporate communications.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Video Production, Photography, Film, Communications, Multimedia Design, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3–7 years of professional experience in videography, photography, multimedia production, or a related creative role.
  • Demonstrated experience with video production, photography, editing, motion graphics, and post-production workflows.
  • Knowledge of studio photography and product photography techniques.
  • Familiarity with 3D animation, visual effects, and advanced motion graphics.
  • Experience supporting an in-house creative or corporate marketing agency.
  • Experience using digital asset management systems.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including:
