Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with strong experience in Paylocity software applications and administrative operations. This role will primarily focus on managing and optimizing Paylocity processes while providing broad administrative support across the organization. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrator for Paylocity, including system maintenance, and data management
  • Support payroll processing within Paylocity, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage employee records, timekeeping, benefits coordination, and reporting within the platform
  • Generate and analyze standard reports for leadership as needed
  • Troubleshoot Paylocity issues and serve as the internal point of contact for system-related questions
  • Coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining internal communications
  • Assist with HR-related administrative functions, including compliance tracking and documentation
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records
  • Support leadership with special projects and miscellaneous administrative duties

Qualifications

  • Proven hands-on experience with Paylocity software (3+ years required)
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook)
  • Proven Quick Books experience (2+ years)
  • Proven experience with Paychex Software
  • Proven experience with Benefits in Hand (Benefits administration)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • High level of professionalism and discretion with sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting HR or payroll administration, executive assisting
  • Familiarity with reporting tools and data management
  • Background in office administration or operations support
