Full job description

Our company in USA is seeking a full-time UI/UX Front-End Engineer to join our Technology Development (Programming) Team in Atlanta, GA. This role is for a developer who can build production React user interfaces, translate Figma designs into working applications, and collaborate across design and backend teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.

Salary is dependent upon qualifications and experience. Some travel may be required.

Summary

You will develop and maintain modern, responsive web interfaces for internal systems and customer-facing applications. The core of the role is writing React/Next.js UI code—building pages, components, UI behavior, and state flows—while coordinating with .NET Core / C# services as needed. You’ll help bridge UX intent and engineering implementation, improving usability, consistency, and maintainability across both new and existing systems.

This is a programming role (not a design role), but it requires strong familiarity with UX/UI workflows and design handoff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement UI features from Figma into production React applications (pages, components, interactions, routing/navigation, forms, validation)
  • Build reusable components aligned with design standards and team conventions
  • Develop responsive layouts using modern CSS (Flexbox/Grid) and ensure cross-browser compatibility
  • Integrate front-end code with .NET Core / C# services (REST APIs, auth flows, data handling) in partnership with backend engineers
  • Improve and refactor existing front-end codebases for performance, usability, and maintainability
  • Collaborate with designers to clarify interaction patterns, edge cases, and accessibility requirements
  • Participate in agile delivery, estimation, code reviews, and testing practices

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven ability to develop React front ends (components, UI logic, state management, forms, and application structure)
  • Experience converting Figma designs into high-quality interfaces
  • Strong proficiency in HTML/CSS and modern JavaScript (TypeScript a plus)
  • Working familiarity with .NET Core / C# environments and a desire to grow backend skills (debugging, small enhancements, collaborating on APIs)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working between design and engineering stakeholders
  • Self-starter mindset and ability to learn quickly
  • Work samples (portfolio/GitHub) demonstrating front-end application work

Preferred Qualifications / Experience

  • Next.js experience (routing, SSR/SSG concepts, performance optimization)
  • TypeScript, component libraries, and design system implementation
  • Accessibility (WCAG), UI testing (unit/component/e2e), and front-end performance tuning
  • Familiarity with mobile UI presentation layers and patterns for iOS/Android (native UI concepts, mobile-first design, or React Native exposure)
  • Experience modernizing legacy UI systems or migrating to React-based front ends
