Job Description

  • Lead pre-production, production, and post-production with strong creative direction.
  • Transform scripts and raw footage into powerful, high-impact visual stories for digital, social, and broadcast platforms.
  • Ensure proper selection, setup, and supervision of cameras, lenses, lighting, audio equipment, and on-set technical workflows to guarantee high-quality footage aligned with cinematic and post-production standards.
  • Must have strong expertise in VFX, including compositing, rotoscopy, motion tracking, cleanup, and seamless visual integration within post-production workflows.
  • Deliver top-tier cinematic color correction & grading with strong understanding of LUTs, Log workflows, ACES, HDR, and brand-driven color aesthetics.
  • Ensure innovative storytelling while strictly adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Supervise and mentor junior editors.
  • Accurately estimate timelines and manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Ability to integrate AI tools seamlessly into traditional post-production pipelines.
  • AI-assisted workflows: auto reframing, background replacement, object removal, smart masking, voice cleanup, upscaling, generative extensions.
  • Exceptional sound design sense.
  • Continuously explores and implements emerging production technologies.
  • Strong creative vision with leadership, adaptability, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively while delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments with agility and ownership mindset.
    We Are Looking For

  • Education:     BA/BFA/Masters in Video Production, Film and TV or Multimedia Arts or related field
  • Experience: 4 – 5 Years of relevant experience


Skills

  • Working Experience in an Advertising Agency or a Production Studio.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive nature with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment under tight schedules.
  • Strong Coordination skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage project workload and time for revisions and approvals.
  • Animation understanding will be a plus.

    Specific Tools, Technologies, or Equipment Skills
  • Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Audition, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator.
  • Strong hands-on experience with AI-powered editing and video generation tools such as VEO 3, Runway ML, Descript, ElevenLabs
