We’re looking for a Functional Consultant with technical skills to support the implementation and ongoing optimization of Workforce Management (WFM) and Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.
Experience with Replicon is highly preferred, alongside broader expertise with time tracking, expense, payroll, and workforce systems. This role combines business consulting with hands-on configuration, integrations, and reporting.
What You Will Do:
- Gather requirements and map business processes to Replicon/WFM/HCM systems.
- Configure Replicon modules (Time Tracking, Project & Billing, Expense, TimeOff).
- Build reports, support integrations (ERP, Payroll, HRIS), and troubleshoot issues.
- Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
- Drive continuous improvement and stay ahead of product updates.
Your knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- 3+ years in a Functional/Technical Consultant role with WFM/HCM platforms.
- Replicon experience strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of time, expense, payroll, and workforce processes.
- Technical skills with SQL, APIs/web services, and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
