Full job description

The Physician Office Manager coordinates all administrative office and clinical responsibilities in order to ensure efficient and fiscally responsible office operation and quality care to patients within established MHS policies and procedures.

Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma or GED. Associate’s Degree preferred.

Minimum Experience Requirement: Five years of experience working in Medical Office with medical office management preferred. Knowledge of surgical practice normally acquired through specialized training or previous experience.

Minimum License/Certification Requirement: None

Physical Requirements & Environmental Conditions: Medium Work- Frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs with a maximum lifting of 50 lbs.
