Responsibilities include:
- Responsibility for detailed design, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining and supporting Java based Services.
- Ability to work independently on high complexity designs & programs.
- Analyze production issues as necessary to determine root cause and necessary course of action for resolution.
- Adhere to established coding standards and participate in code reviews
- Maintain code quality through unit testing
- Ability to facilitate design meetings with users, management and architects.
- Document code appropriately for maintainability
- Participate in Scrum work environment to deliver software to meet requirements
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times
- Consistently able to interact professionally and work productively with all levels of employee
- Follow the Code of Ethics and other corporate policies
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in software engineering or Information Technology
- Self-starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities within a fast-paced work environment
- Must be highly motivated and dependable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
