Job description

For one of my clients in the greater Mannheim area, I am currently looking for a Head of IT Infrastructure & Security (m/f/d).

This is a permanent position in a hybrid working model.

Tasks:

  • Management and further development of our dedicated international team of currently 8 people
  • Planning, implementation and operation within an international network, communication and security infrastructure
  • Improving network security, including firewalls, IDS/IPS systems, and other security measures
  • Detecting and resolving vulnerabilities in the network infrastructure

Requirements:

  • Studies in business informatics or comparable
  • Extensive professional experience in the design and implementation of IT network and security solutions, preferably in a leadership role
  • In-depth knowledge of network architectures, protocols and technologies
  • Practical experience with security solutions such as firewalls, etc.
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
