C1 Apparel is seeking a talented, adaptable, and creative Graphic Designer to support the design and production of uniforms and apparel for Charter One and it’s partner schools. This role will develop engaging apparel graphics and marketing materials while ensuring all designs are production ready for print and digital use. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and brings fresh ideas that resonate with students and school communities.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Create visually appealing graphics for student apparel, including everyday uniform items and special Friday wear.
  • Develop new seasonal designs to ensure C1 Apparel offers fresh apparel options to families throughout the year.
  • Prepare approved designs for production so they are print ready. Create gang sheets and flooded sheets for screen-printed heat transfers.
  • Design digital advertising and promotional materials including infographics, tri-fold brochures, banners, and graphics for website and social media.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Supports all apparel related design projects from client schools.
  • Manages and maintains relationships with vendors.
  • Collaborates with the C1 Apparel team on new campaigns and strategies.
  • Provide design support for apparel-related projects requested by client schools.
  • Research current apparel trends and student preferences to help guide new product offerings and design concepts.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required skills/abilities:

  • 2+ years of professional graphic design experience (B2B or B2C preferred).
  • Strong portfolio of recent work.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and print production processes.
  • Ability to interpret feedback, execute creative vision, and collaborate effectively with team members.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field desired.
  • Previous graphic design experience is required.
  • Advertising agency experience is a plus, but not required.
