Role: Full Stack Developer
Location: REMOTE
Duration: 6+ months (extendable upto 12 months)
Job Description:
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our Business Ops Adjudication Scrum team. This role emphasizes front-end application development while leveraging your expertise across the Microsoft technology stack. As part of our collaborative Scrum team, you will contribute to building dynamic and user-friendly applications that support critical business operations. This position will be a contract and remote.
What You’ll Do
- Design and develop responsive, visually appealing, and intuitive front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and Microsoft tools
- Build and optimize user experiences that align with business goals and enhance usability
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure seamless integration of design elements
- Develop and maintain scalable server-side architecture using .NET technologies
- Create and manage APIs for seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems
- Work with databases (e.g., SQL Server) to design schemas, optimize queries, and manage data storage
- Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Contribute to sprint deliverables and work collaboratively with cross-functional team members
- Analyze and troubleshoot application issues, ensuring efficiency and reliability
- Continuously refine code to improve performance and scalability
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Provide mentorship and support to junior developers, fostering a collaborative team environment
What You’ll Need
Required:
- 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on front-end application development
- Proficiency in front-end languages and frameworks such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or similar tools
- Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, including C#, .NET, and SQL Server
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative team environments
- Experience with API development and integration
Preferred:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for interfacing with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Physical Demands
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
