Role Overview

We are seeking a mid-level company Developer to customize, develop, and support company modules and integrations aligned with business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, HR, Manufacturing).

Key Responsibilities

Develop/customize company modules, workflows, validations, and business rules.

Build integrations with external systems (CRM, WMS, eCommerce, payment gateways) via REST/SOAP APIs.

Create and maintain reports/dashboards using company reporting tools and SQL.

Perform data migration activities: mapping, transformation, validation, reconciliation.

Troubleshoot issues across dev/UAT/production; provide fixes and enhancements.

Work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders on requirements and estimation.

Follow SDLC practices, documentation, and version control.

Required Skills

5–7 years ERP development experience on any ERP: SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics / Odoo / NetSuite / Infor / Custom ERP.

Strong programming skills in C#/.NET or Java or Python (based on your ERP).

Strong database skills: SQL Server / Oracle / PostgreSQL / MySQL (queries, procedures, optimization).

Experience with APIs, integration patterns, and basic security/roles.

Understanding of ERP business processes (Finance + Supply Chain preferred).

Tools: Git, Jira/DevOps tools.

Nice to Have

Cloud/DevOps exposure (Azure/AWS, CI/CD), Docker.

Experience with multi-company, multi-currency, localization.

We are hiring a Senior company/Lead to own technical delivery across implementations and enhancements, including architecture, integrations, performance, and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical design/architecture for ERP enhancements and implementations.

Own complex customizations, automations, and enterprise integrations.

Define coding standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor developers.

Lead performance tuning (application + DB), security/roles, and audit controls.

Manage deployments, release planning, and production support (RCA).

Drive data migration strategy and governance.

Collaborate with stakeholders for estimation, planning, and risk management.

Required Skills

7+ years ERP development with multiple end-to-end implementations.

Strong expertise in one ERP platform (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics/Odoo/NetSuite/Infor/custom).

Strong backend development + integration experience (REST/SOAP, ETL/middleware, queues/webhooks).

Strong database performance and optimization skills.

Leadership, stakeholder communication, and delivery ownership.

Nice to Have
