Our primary customers are Automotive Dealers & Marketers.
The Role
We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to bridge the gap between complex data and actionable business strategy. You will be the primary architect of our visual data story, transforming raw data into high-impact dashboards that empower our partners in the automotive industry focused on marketing analytics. This key role will focus on maximizing client value, engagement, quality assurance and retention on our business intelligence products. You will have the opportunity to work with the latest tech platforms, suggest product enhancements, and be a part of a fast-growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Visualization: Designing, building, and maintaining embedded analytic dashboards and reports that make data accessible and reliable.
- Data Insights: Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform business strategies.
- Infrastructure & Quality: Monitor data quality and alert anomalies to troubleshoot data issues to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional business, tech teams and data teams to gather requirements and implement data processes, reports and end-user insights.
- Decision Support: Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations for product and operational improvements.
- Data Structuring: Utilize SQL and data modeling concepts to scope and quality assure datasets, creating a single source of truth for business metrics.
Qualifications:
- BI Expertise: +3 years of advanced experience with modern business intelligence tools, specifically Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Data Manipulation: Strong proficiency in SQL for extracting, transforming, and manipulating data.
- Data Modeling: Basic to intermediate understanding of dbt (data build tool) or similar tooling.
- Technical Literacy: 3+ years of experience in an analytical or data-focused role (e.g., Data Analyst, BI Developer).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to bridge the gap between technical data and business strategy.
Plus Qualifications:
- Programming: Proficiency in Python for data automation or advanced analysis.
- Marketing Analytics: Understanding of metrics of digital marketing platforms and website analytics.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery)
- Orchestration & Version Control: Exposure to Kestra, Prefect, Dagster, or Airflow, and experience with version control system (for example: GitHub).
