Job Description

We are seeking a Software Engineer to join the team, supporting enterprise software development and expanding data labeling capabilities. The role involves working with a team of developers to implement new features, perform testing, and enhance existing capabilities. This position requires a Java development background and the ability to contribute across the full software lifecycle, including development, testing, and documentation.

Your Responsibilities

  • Work with a team of developers to implement new JBlocks capabilities and address defects
  • Contribute to full lifecycle software development, including design, coding, testing, and documentation
  • Evaluate user issues and reproduce them in development environments
  • Perform unit and integration testing, ensuring software adheres to design requirements
  • Collaborate with team members on software enhancements and process improvements

Requirements You Bring

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope polygraph
  • Strong Java development experience
  • Understanding of unit and integration testing
  • Familiarity with PKI and REST services
  • Experience evaluating user issues and documenting tests
  • Familiarity with debugging code using an IDE in a containerized environment
  • Linux experience
  • Use of GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, and build automation
  • Hands-on experience with Docker for creating containers

Desired Skills

  • Knowledge of EDH1/2, ISM, CAPCO, and CUI standards
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain architecture and design concepts
  • Ability to create technical documentation, including wiki pages, blogs, and XML/HTML
