Reports to: Program Management


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Primary point of contact for the customer during contract negotiations and program launch

Maintain and build long term relationships with customers

Maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders, accounts, customers and executives

Ensure timely execution in the initial stages of contract negotiations and launch to guarantee customer needs are met

Liaison between customers and internal stakeholders and teams

Monitor and evaluate client feedback and make necessary improvements to enhance customer experience

Assist clients in understanding technical specifications and requirements

Manage and deliver on key metrics, including specific bookings, pricing and NRE targets

Communicates the progress and status of monthly/quarterly initiatives to the customer and internal stakeholders

Comprehension of financial models and ability to negotiate terms & conditions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products and services that meet client expectations

Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges, and proactively address them

Responsible for customer satisfaction and delivering excellent daily customer service

Responsible for working with the business development team and sales team to onboard new customers and support existing customers relationships

Identify opportunities for account growth and revenue generation

Responsible for analyzing currently price and determining if new price change is required

Responsible for working with the customers to negotiate price and update PO to new price change

Responsible for providing data for LTA/MPA to Ops, finance, senior management

Various other duties as assigned by Program Management

Participate in training as required

5-10% Domestic and International Travel required


Physical Demands:

Must be able to lift, push, or pull at least 50 lbs.

Regularly required to sit, stand, reach, bend, and move about our facility


Requirements
:

US Person per ITAR regulations

Bachelor’s degree or relevant Aerospace industry management experience required, advanced degree is a plus.

10+ years’ experience in Aerospace & Defense and account management

Previous experience in account management or other relevant experience

In-depth knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes, products, and regulations.

Demonstrated management skills as well as excellent interpersonal and communication and skills

Experience in delivering customer focused strategies to ensure customer satisfaction

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at various organizational levels

Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets

Expert level experience with all Microsoft Office applications

Excellent negotiation and presentation skills

Ability to manage multiple programs and projects

Strong time management skills, self-motivation skills, critical thinking/problem solving skills

Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with other employees and to communicate and interact effectively with management, users and team members at all levels through both verbal and written means

Familiarity with ERP and SAP systems

Willingness to travel as required to visit clients and attend industry events.
