As a DevOps engineer, will collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive the implementation of automation, continuous integration, and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of applications/servers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of DevOps engineers.
  • Define and implement the DevOps strategy, best practices, and standards for the organization.
  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for software delivery.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment processes.
  • Champion the use of IAC tools like Terraform or CloudFormation for infrastructure management.
  • Ensure infrastructure changes are tracked and versioned.
  • Implement monitoring solutions to ensure system availability and performance.
  • Lead incident response and resolution efforts
  • Collaborate with security teams to enforce best practices and maintain compliance.

Qualifications and Experience:

Years Of Experience: 8 to 10 years

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience as a DevOps Lead (more than 5 + years) or similar leadership role.
  • Strong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., Bash, Python).
  • Sound experience & knowledge of containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Familiarity with IAC and configuration management tools.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Certifications like AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or DevOps Institute certifications are a plus
