Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of DevOps engineers.
- Define and implement the DevOps strategy, best practices, and standards for the organization.
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for software delivery.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment processes.
- Champion the use of IAC tools like Terraform or CloudFormation for infrastructure management.
- Ensure infrastructure changes are tracked and versioned.
- Implement monitoring solutions to ensure system availability and performance.
- Lead incident response and resolution efforts
- Collaborate with security teams to enforce best practices and maintain compliance.
Qualifications and Experience:
Years Of Experience: 8 to 10 years
Skills Required:
- Proven experience as a DevOps Lead (more than 5 + years) or similar leadership role.
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., Bash, Python).
- Sound experience & knowledge of containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Familiarity with IAC and configuration management tools.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Certifications like AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or DevOps Institute certifications are a plus
