- 4+ years of total professional experience
- 2+ years of proven experience in conducting data analysis and creating reports
- Advanced Excel and Power Point proficiency is a MUST
- Ability to manage huge data files
- Ability to move data between Access and Excel while maintaining data integrity
- Ability to follow project plan and instructions
- Keen attention to detail and strong communication skills are MUST
- MS Access and SQL knowledge is a big plus
