Monday to Friday

8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST

Responsibilities:

Billing Operations & RCM Turnaround.

  • Lead end-to-end billing operations for multi-specialty practices.
  • Stabilize underperforming billing functions, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Oversee charge capture, coding review, claims submission, and AR work queue management.
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant billing across all specialties.
  • Manage and optimize offshore billing and AR teams, including workflow design, productivity tracking, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with physicians, practice administrators, and executive stakeholders to align billing operations with clinical and financial goals.
  • Monitor KPIs such as AR days, net collections, clean claim rate, and cash flow; drive improvements using dashboards and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, payer rules, and regulatory requirements; maintain audit readiness.

Systems & Reporting

  • Utilize EHR and practice management systems to manage billing workflows.
  • Leverage dashboards, reports, and trend analysis to drive accountability and results.

Qualifications/Criteria:

  • 10–15 years of experience in US medical billing and revenue cycle management.
  • Proven experience leading billing turnaround initiatives for large, multi-specialty practices.
  • Strong offshore team management and workflow optimization experience.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Highly data-driven with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Proficiency with eClinicalWorks or similar EHR/practice management systems preferred.

Engagement Type:

  • US-based consultants only.
  • 60–90 day engagement.
