REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Experience in developing and refining ranking algorithms and models, designing and implementing indexing and retrieval systems, and collaborating with the data scientist and NLP engineer.
  • Experience with primary languages of Vue, Node.js, Javascript.
  • Front End Skills: Single Page Applications (Vue, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, HTML), Responsive Design
  • Back End Skills: Microservices, REST, Node.js, Nest.js \n- Build Tools: maven, gradle, git, tactical and strategic improvements to large scale Java/J2EE/ products.
  • Documented Experience with DevOps/Platforms: Amazon Web Services (S3, RDS, EC2, ECS, Lambda, SQS, SNS, CloudFormation, etc.).
  • Excellent knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle), SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate).

  • Education: BA/BS in Information Technology or related field
  • Experience: 10+ years of related experience
  • Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • Location: McLean, VA, on Customer Site
  • US Citizenship Required

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $142,792 – $186,791. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
