Overview
Our company is seeking a Procurement Integration Specialist to support client onboarding, implementations, and ongoing support for our eProcurement solutions. This role is central to delivering successful integrations between company and customer procurement platforms, and serves as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, and is comfortable owning multiple client engagements simultaneously. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex integration requirements while delivering a positive client experience.

Duties

· Coordination of projects to implement solutions for clients.

· Ensuring effective communication with the clients and internal teams to define customer needs and/or respond to concerns in a timely fashion.

· Customer support and guidance with business processes, and technical aspects of implementing. an integrated solution.

· Regularly track and report status and progress of projects to Team Leaders.

· Work with cross departmental teams to successfully complete projects on time

· Responding to incoming support calls and emails.

· Record, track, and detail interactions in the appropriate ticketing and CRM systems as well as identifying and escalating critical incidents.

Qualifications:

· Ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities.

· Outgoing, dynamic personality and ability to build outstanding relationships.

· Strong writing, presenting, and communication skills.

· High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation

· Ability to learn new processes and flexibility with process changes.

Preferred qualifications include experience with the following:

· Working knowledge of fundamental operations of Windows, MS Office and browsers Internet Explorer, FireFox, Chrome, Safari and Video Conferencing tools such as MS Teams.

· HTML/CSS skills

· Knowledge of eProcurement Platforms (e.g. Ariba, Jaggaer, Coupa, Oracle etc)

· industry Experience in Supplier Chain management, eCommerce or eProcurement , or IT.

· Understanding of various protocols and document types such as cXML, XML, JSON, OCI, OagXML, and EDI

Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
