We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Web Designer to produce visually compelling, user-friendly websites that align with client brand standards and business objectives. This role requires strong design skills, proficiency inWordPress/Elementor, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high quality and performance standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Development

  • Design visually engaging, user-friendly website layouts that align with brand guidelines and business goals
  • Create responsive designs optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
  • Apply usability, accessibility, and UX best practices across all projects
  • Optimize graphics, images, and web assets for speed and performance
  • Maintain and update existing websites to improve functionality, aesthetics, and engagement
  • Demonstrate solid proficiency in WordPress/Elementor and working knowledge of basic coding

Content & SEO Implementation

  • Add and format website content, including text, images, and multimedia assets
  • Ensure content is visually aligned with design standards and enhances user experience
  • Apply basic on-page SEO best practices, including proper heading structure, image optimization, alt text, and internal linking
  • Collaborate and assist with content and marketing teams to ensure SEO-friendly implementation

Project Execution

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Review project assignments, priorities, and requirements before beginning work
  • Ensure all deliverables meet internal quality standards prior to handoff
  • Accurately implement feedback within designated revision timelines

Communication & Collaboration

  • Communicate effectively with team members and project managers
  • Proactively flag risks related to scope, deadlines, or capacity
  • Participate in team meetings prepared with updates, questions, and next steps

Tools & Systems

  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • WordPress / Elementor
  • Trello (project management and workflow tracking)
  • Brand guidelines, templates, and internal checklists
