Full job description

company has a temp-to-hire opportunity for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Master Data Specialst with 1-2 years of AP/master data and SAP experience. This is an onsite position at a great company located in the north Dallas corridor.

Responsibilities include:

  • Upload new vendor information in master database and enter updates/changes as needed (using SAP S/4 Hana)
  • Follow up with internal contractors or vendors for W-9 forms and required documentation
  • Compile add/change reports daily

Qualifications include:

  • 1-3 years’ experieince in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or master data role using SAP
  • Good Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables and VLOOKUPS)
  • Basic Adobe Acrobat Pro (edit and compile files)
  • 1099 reporting experience
  • Detail oriented with ability to multi-task
  • Punctual and dependable/excellent attendance
  • Overtime will be required once per month for accounting close
  • High school graduate – some college a plus
