Location: St. Louis, Columbia, & Kansas City
Job Description
  • Lead communications design for projects of moderate complexity, ensuring quality, coordination, and client satisfaction. Provide mentorship to junior staff and collaborate across disciplines.
Responsibilities
  • Lead project design and documentation for telecommunications infrastructure.
  • Create system riser diagrams, specifications, and cost estimates.
  • Coordinate with IT, AV, security, and electrical engineering teams.
  • Oversee production staff and perform quality control reviews.
  • Support proposal development and presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 5–8 years of design experience.
  • Active RCDD certification required.
  • Demonstrated project management and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to ascend and descend ladders and stairs
  • Must be able to lift and carry or otherwise move 25 pounds occasionally
  • Must be able to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces.
  • Must be able to safely climb ladders while carrying up to 40 pounds.
  • Must be able to wear personal protective gear.
  • Must be able to traverse irregular and steep terrain.
