Location: St. Louis, Columbia, & Kansas City
Job Description
- Lead communications design for projects of moderate complexity, ensuring quality, coordination, and client satisfaction. Provide mentorship to junior staff and collaborate across disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Lead project design and documentation for telecommunications infrastructure.
- Create system riser diagrams, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with IT, AV, security, and electrical engineering teams.
- Oversee production staff and perform quality control reviews.
- Support proposal development and presentations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5–8 years of design experience.
- Active RCDD certification required.
- Demonstrated project management and coordination skills.
- Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to ascend and descend ladders and stairs
- Must be able to lift and carry or otherwise move 25 pounds occasionally
- Must be able to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces.
- Must be able to safely climb ladders while carrying up to 40 pounds.
- Must be able to wear personal protective gear.
- Must be able to traverse irregular and steep terrain.
