Position Overview

company is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to build and lead a modern, AI-enabled marketing function that drives scalable growth.

This role goes beyond traditional marketing leadership. You will act as the architect of a data-driven, AI-powered growth function, responsible for designing systems, workflows, and campaigns that leverage automation, predictive analytics, and AI tools to accelerate pipeline and revenue.

You will serve as both a strategic leader and hands-on builder, owning the full marketing stack, from positioning and brand to performance marketing, lifecycle automation, and AI-enabled experimentation.

Key Responsibilities

AI-Driven Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute a scalable, AI-first marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Differentiate company in a competitive telehealth and health tech landscape.
  • Build and optimize a modern marketing stack leveraging AI tools for predictive analytics, content generation, segmentation, and campaign automation.
  • Design systems that enable rapid experimentation, iteration, and performance optimization.
  • Use AI to enhance personalization, targeting, and conversion across campaigns.

Growth, Pipeline & Revenue Generation

  • Partner with Business Development and Leadership to drive and/or automate campaign systems, pipeline growth and revenue impact.
  • Build and execute multi-channel growth campaigns across inbound, outbound, and account-based strategies.
  • Implement AI-enhanced lead scoring, attribution modeling, and funnel optimization
  • Analyze CAC, LTV, and funnel conversion metrics to drive decisions.

Digital Marketing & Demand Generation

  • Own company digital presence and performance marketing strategy (SEO, SEM, paid media, website).
  • Leverage AI tools to optimize ad targeting, on-brand content, creative testing, and campaign performance at scale.
  • Build and scale automated nurture campaigns and lifecycle marketing workflows.
  • Drive high-velocity, AI-assisted content creation across channels.

AI, Automation & Marketing Operations

  • Experience working with both predictive and generative AI technologies and tools and demonstrate the ability to distill technical concepts for a variety of audiences.
  • Lead implementation of AI tools across the marketing function (ChatGPT, HubSpot AI, etc.)
  • Build automated workflows and playbooks to improve speed, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Establish dashboards and reporting systems for real-time performance tracking.
  • Continuously test emerging AI tools for competitive advantage.

Brand, Positioning & Market Intelligence

  • Refine company brand narrative in a tech-enabled healthcare landscape.
  • Utilize and manage company LinkedIn and other social media pages in creative and efficient ways.
  • Use data and AI insights to inform messaging and segmentation.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
  • Differentiate company in the healthcare and telehealth landscape with proven KPIs and methodologies.

Vendor & Partner Management

  • Manage external agencies and vendors focused on performance and ROI.
  • Integrate AI tools into vendor workflows.
  • Ensure alignment across internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, enterprise, or service-related platform businesses, with at least 1-2 years focusing specifically on AI/ ML projects.
  • Experience working in a high-growth, healthcare company is preferred.
  • Experience with experiential, events, and brand marketing is preferred.
  • Proven ability to drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Strong experience with advanced artificial intelligence tools and technology and creative marketing strategies, digital marketing, demand generation, and analytics.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools in marketing workflows preferred.
  • Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and marketing automation platforms to design, improve, and implement modern marketing strategies to drive growth and efficiency.
  • Strong systems thinker with the ability to build scalable processes.
  • Ability to operate as both strategic leader and hands-on executor.
