The Analyst, Marketing (Jr Digital Graphic Designer) will play a crucial role in our marketing team, contributing to the creation of compelling designs that align with specific requirements. Under the guidance of a Senior Designer, you’ll bring ideas to life by producing drafts, prototypes, and final design solutions. Your creativity and meticulous attention to detail will be essential in achieving outstanding design outcomes that resonate with our company’s vision. Position works hybrid based in San Juan, PR.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Understanding Project Requirements and Concepts
- Collaborate with team members to grasp project objectives and creative concepts.
- Translate these requirements into impactful visual designs.
Creating Digital Assets
- Develop visual content for various channels and formats.
Social Media Content
- Design eye-catching graphics for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
Email Marketing
- Craft visually appealing email templates, headers, and promotional graphics.
Infographics
- Create informative and engaging infographics to convey complex information.
Website Design
- Collaborate with web developers to enhance the user experience through well-designed web elements.
Offline Assets
- OOH, TV storyboards, and others
Pitching Creative Ideas
- Present your creative concepts to the team.
- Incorporate feedback to continuously improve your designs.
Collaboration and Project Launch
- Work closely with the team to launch projects successfully.
- Take on special design tasks as needed (e.g., color correction).
WHAT YOU BRING (Required):
- Bachelor’s degree, in Graphic Designing.
- One (1) to Three (3) years of experience as a Junior Designer.
- Minimum education and experience required can be substituted with the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities.
- Proficiency with design and editing software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere) and other tools like Figma, Sketch, or similar. Also, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Responsive design skills to create designs that adapt well to different sizes and devices.
- User experience (UX) awareness to enhance usability in designs based on how users interact with digital content.
- Basic animation skills for some projects, animated social media posts, GIFs, or simple website animations.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Fully bilingual – Spanish and English (verbal and written).
