Summary

Compensation: To align interests and drive growth, a tiered performance bonus is applied to total viral monthly views

Base: $300/month (guaranteed)
Bonus: When you reach one of the following total monthly video view tiers, you’ll receive the corresponding bonus
•500k+ total video views per month = $100 bonus
•1mil+ views: $200 bonus
•5mil+ views: $500 bonus

Content Volume: 30 posts per month (7–8 per week)
Platform Focus: TikTok + cross-posting

The Role
You’ll own and grow a brand new TikTok account designed to drive organic discovery and app installs.

You will fully manage and grow a faceless TikTok account designed for volume + reach.

This position focuses on:
•Editing motivational clips
•App feature showcases
•Alarm feature promotion
•Trend-based remixing
•High-volume posting strategy

This is about speed, consistency, and smart execution.

What You’ll Do
•Produce 30 TikTok posts per month (7-8 per week)
•Source your own content and avoid any copyright infringements on the account
•Use trending audio + formats strategically
•Cross-post to Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and X
•Showcase app features in creative ways
•Develop monthly content calendar
•Monitor analytics and iterate based on performance
•Stay ahead of TikTok trends in self-improvement/motivation space
•Join 1 monthly video call for performance review + strategy

Ideal Candidate/Requirements

You:
•Have proven experience running viral TikTok accounts
•Are strong at short-form editing (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
•Understand TikTok pacing and retention
•Can produce high volume without sacrificing quality
•Know how to optimize captions + hooks
•Are organized and deadline-driven

Extra Points if you:
•Have experience promoting apps
•Experience growing theme pages
•Graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe)

Deliverables
