Project Overview:
We are supporting a large-scale, enterprise-level digital transformation initiative focused on redesigning and modernizing a high-traffic, public-facing website platform within a regulated, service-driven environment.
The goal is to deliver a modern, user-centric digital experience with strong visual identity, improved usability, and a mobile-first approach. The platform serves millions of users and supports real-time information and services.
The technical environment includes Drupal CMS, modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js), real-time data integrations, and multiple third-party tools.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a talented Visual / Graphic Designer with a strong UI focus to create engaging, modern, and accessible digital experiences. This role will define and execute the visual design strategy across web platforms and integrated applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design UI components, layouts, and responsive web pages
- Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design assets
- Develop and maintain visual systems and design themes
- Enhance UI for complex application interfaces
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Apply accessibility standards (WCAG) in all designs
Required Qualifications:
- 7–10+ years of experience in visual design / UI design
- Proven experience designing for enterprise or large-scale digital platforms
- Strong portfolio showcasing modern web and UI design work
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working within design systems and component libraries
- Familiarity with Drupal CMS and modern front-end frameworks
- Understanding of UX principles and information architecture
- Experience with SEO-friendly and performance-driven design
- Exposure to regulated or public sector environments
