Work you’ll do

Provide operational support for Network Security Services across the company global infrastructure.

24×7 device monitoring, operation, and engineering.

Participate in a rotational on-call coverage schedule

First responder to monitored alerts, incidents, and issues.

Monitoring, and troubleshooting of the Network security environment

5+ years of work experience, preferably in customer success management, account management, solution sales, or customer-facing roles

Networking and/or cybersecurity background and experience with Cloud Service providers

Familiarity with Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Infoblox, Bluecat, Cisco ISE technologies a plus

Experience with SaaS applications, deployments, and migration to cloud services

DNS, DHCP, and IPAM experience

Network Access Control experience

Excellent organizational, consulting, project management, and time management skills

Ability to communicate technical solutions provided by engineering teams in a clear, easy-to-understand way

Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Successful experience in managing global enterprise customers

Qualifications

Experience working with the InfoBlox and Bluecat: (DNS, DHCP, IPAM, NTP, Reporting, etc..)

Experience working with Cisco ISE: (802.1x, TACACS, Radius)

Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Active Directory

Knowledge of Palo Alto Prisma Access will be an added advantage.

Knowledge of API’s is a plus

Knowledge of various cloud platforms: (Azure, AWS, GCP)

Knowledge of LAN/WAN and network protocols.

Knowledge of monitoring tools and commands to ensure quick resolution to issues.

Cisco certification are a plus (CCNA, CCNP)

Palo certifications are a plus (PCCET, PCNSA/PCNSE)
