Your Role:
As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for product assembly, proper care and handling of inventory, and always following safe practices and standard work procedures.

- The expected pay for this role is $18.39 per hour with a $1 increase after 60 days. Actual compensation may vary based on department assigned.

What You’ll Do:
- Sets up and operates machine that utilizes pressure and electronic energy to bond wooden parts together
- Sorts and places material on conveyor
- Pre-inspects wood for all defects
- Communicate effectively.
- Be a team player who can work independently.
- Other duties may be assigned.
What You’ll Bring:
- Ability to work weekend and overtime.
- Ability to follow Safety Standards and Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.
Nice to Haves:
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required.
- Dependable, honest, and a quick learner.
- Good communication skills and a team player.
- Ability to learn new skills at a fast pace.
