Your Role:

As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for product assembly, proper care and handling of inventory, and always following safe practices and standard work procedures.

  • The expected pay for this role is $18.39 per hour with a $1 increase after 60 days. Actual compensation may vary based on department assigned.

What You’ll Do:

  • Sets up and operates machine that utilizes pressure and electronic energy to bond wooden parts together
  • Sorts and places material on conveyor
  • Pre-inspects wood for all defects
  • Communicate effectively.
  • Be a team player who can work independently.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Ability to work weekend and overtime.
  • Ability to follow Safety Standards and Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.

Nice to Haves:

  • Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required.
  • Dependable, honest, and a quick learner.
  • Good communication skills and a team player.
  • Ability to learn new skills at a fast pace.
