Full job description

The task:

You will review raw video materials provided by us (bodycam footage, civilian recordings, audio/video clips) and supplement existing scripts with legal analysis and commentary for YouTube Channels.

Scope of work includes:

– Adding legal commentary aligned with the video timeline

– Explaining applicable US laws, constitutional rights, statutes, and relevant case law

– Analyzing actions of law enforcement officers and civilians from a legal and constitutional perspective

– Referencing legal authorities (court decisions, statutes, official guidance) where appropriate

– Maintaining a clear structure and logical narrative flow suitable for a YouTube audience

– Providing a sources / references list when needed

– You’ll collaborate with our editorial team and revise content based on feedback

We are looking for someone with:

– Strong knowledge of US constitutional law and police–citizen interactions

– Experience in legal writing or legal research

– Ability to write clearly for a general (non-legal) audience

– Experience with media, scripts, or commentary content is a strong plus
