This is a national leader in the reclamation and recycling of rigid foam insulation from commercial roofing and construction projects. We help contractors divert material from landfills while reducing costs and supporting sustainability. With demand for recycling services rising across the construction industry, we’re looking for a motivated sales professional to help us grow.

Overview

As National Account Manager, you’ll drive sales of NFR’s jobsite recycling services nationwide. This role combines B2B sales with sustainability initiatives, making it ideal for someone who wants to make a measurable impact while growing revenue. You’ll manage existing clients, develop new accounts, and represent NFR within the industry. With large commercial roofing and construction projects across the country, this role offers significant opportunity to generate commission through national account development.

This is an in-person role based in Framingham, MA. Remote work is not available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and engage commercial roofing and construction companies nationwide
  • Generate leads through calls, emails, texts, and local client visits
  • Collaborate with marketing on email and social campaigns
  • Create quotes, proposals, and track sales in NFR’s CRM
  • Work with logistics to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Represent NFR at trade events and stay current on industry trends

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in B2B sales; 5+ years in construction industry sales preferred
  • Experience with account management, pipeline management, and CRM systems
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets
