We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team with a strong business to business sales background . The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, assisting with brand growth while providing excellent customer service. Duties

-Must be comfortable with cold walk in’s and cold calling

-Must be comfortable with going to trade shows and networking events to raise brand awareness
– Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities

-Assist with regular social media posts, email campaigns and client correspondence
– Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
– Present, promote, and sell services using solid arguments to prospective customers
– Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers
– Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets
– Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customer loyalty and upsell other services

Qualifications

– Proven work experience as a commercial B2B Sales Representative in either commercial real estate or janitorial and construction industry.
– Strong knowledge of technical sales and account management
– Proficiency in Zoho CRM and Microsoft Programs is a plus
– Experience in business to business sales for commercial properties, or related fields
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– Customer service-oriented with a focus on building relationships

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
