Tier 3 Enterprise Management (EM) OSD Support Services | Systems Administrator II
Location: Remote – Available across U.S. and Puerto Rico
Clearance Level: Public Trust (ADP/IT-II); Tier 3 Investigation (NACLC)
Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship required
Summary
We are seeking candidates for a potential opportunity as Enterprise Management (EM) OSD Administrator – Tier III to join our team supporting the Defense Health Agency’s enterprise IT environment. This role focuses on managing and maintaining the Operating System Deployment (OSD) infrastructure, ensuring secure and efficient deployment of operating systems across physical and virtual environments. You will play a key role in enabling secure, policy-compliant system delivery that supports healthcare and readiness operations across the Military Health System.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize OSD task sequences, driver packages, and imaging tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve deployment failures across diverse endpoint configurations.
- Develop, update, and maintain OSD configurations to meet security and operational standards.
- Ensure seamless integration with enterprise management (EM) toolsets.
- Maintain accurate documentation for OSD processes and deployments.
Preferred Tools & Technologies
- Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM)
- PXE boot and imaging tools
- Windows Server OS and Active Directory
- Azure AD / Entra ID integration
- PowerShell scripting
- DISA STIGs and DoD compliance frameworks
Minimum Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with OSD using MECM or similar enterprise deployment tools.
- Proficiency in creating and managing OS images, PXE boot processes, and driver management.
- Knowledge of DoD imaging standards, security compliance, and endpoint configurations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust (Tier 3/NACLC) clearance.
Education & Certifications
- Required (Foundational – one of the following):
- Bachelor’s degree in IT / Cybersecurity / Data Science / IS / CS (ABET or CAE accredited),
- OR Security+ / SSCP.
- Required (CE – one of the following):
- Microsoft 365 Administrator,
- OR Microsoft Information Protection Administrator (SC-400).
