Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Designer & WordPress Developer who can blend design thinking with technical execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building engaging website and creating compelling digital assets that strengthen our brand presence across platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop responsive WordPress websites
  • Create website wireframes, mock-ups, and UI designs
  • Develop social media creatives, flyers, and marketing assets
  • Design and edit short-form videos (Reels) & website videos
  • Create brochures, pitch decks, and PPT presentations
  • Ensure consistency in branding across all digital assets
  • Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and user experience
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams for campaigns

Required Skills:

Technical Skills

  • Strong experience in WordPress (themes, plugins, customization)
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript
  • Experience with page builders (Elementor, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of SEO & website performance optimization

Design Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects) or equivalent tools (Figma, Canva, etc.)
  • Strong skills in UI/UX design & wireframing
  • Experience in video editing and motion graphics (preferred)

Soft Skills

  • Creative thinking and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a digital agency or product company
  • Understanding of branding and marketing design
  • Basic knowledge of conversion-focused design (landing pages, CTAs)
