We are seeking an experienced Marketing Database Analyst to support data-driven marketing and financial strategies within a fast-paced casino operations environment. This role is responsible for managing SQL databases, developing reports, analyzing player data, and partnering closely with Marketing and Finance teams to drive player engagement, retention, and revenue growth.


Marketing Database Analyst – Qualifications

  • 5+ years of database analysis experience in casino operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
  • Strong SQL skills, including Query Analyzer and Enterprise Manager
  • Proficiency in Access, Excel, and Crystal Reports
  • Knowledge of casino marketing concepts, including theoretical win and segmentation

Marketing Database Analyst – Responsibilities

  • Maintain SQL databases; build queries for mailings, promotions, and segmentation
  • Generate and analyze monthly reports on offers, events, and redemption performance
  • Support Marketing and Finance with data insights and reporting needs
  • Manage player database accuracy, including points, comps, and tracking
  • Develop, produce, and distribute standard and custom reports
