Overview:

company is seeking a strategic and data-driven Content Analyst to join our E-Commerce team. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between creative storytelling and technical performance, ensuring our digital content is impactful, discoverable, and aligned with business objectives. You will collaborate closely with our writing team to research and produce SEO-ready content while leveraging advanced analytics to keep our digital footprint ahead of the curve.

The position combines strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of the evolving search landscape, including Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and AI-generated search. You will own the roadmap for content performance, translating data into actionable insights that drive traffic, conversion, and brand authority. The ideal candidate possesses a “technical creative” mindset and a commitment to delivering a high-quality, customer-focused digital experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the writing team to research and produce original SEO-ready content for category, product, and blog pages, providing data-driven feedback to continuously refine and iterate for peak performance
  • Perform continuous site auditing and recommend scalable on-page optimization based on business objectives for both existing functionality and new opportunities
  • Analyze and optimize for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) alongside traditional SEO to ensure content is structured for AI-generated answers and the evolving search landscape
  • Own the daily monitoring of SEO performance and the development of a tactical planning roadmap, delivering reporting that translates data into actionable business insights
  • Provide SEO and AEO best practices in alignment with current technical principles, specifically focusing on Core Web Vitals and site health to ensure a high-performing user experience
  • Actively seek opportunities to increase traffic or conversion rates through data-driven recommendations
  • Conduct competitive research to establish performance benchmarks and collaborate on data collection capabilities to enable faster, more accurate reporting
  • Utilize strong presentation skills to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Analyze other channels or areas of business as assigned
  • Other duties that may be assigned by leadership

Education & Experience:

  • Ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar platforms is preferred but not required
